My culinary journey began in Montreal, Canada when I realized life was short. When choosing between a career in finance or food, it was clear that my passion for cooking was the only choice that made sense. After graduating from Pearson School of Culinary Arts specializing in French cuisine, I combined my passion for traveling and cooking where I was able to intern and work in Europe at Michelin Star Restaurants.
My passion for traveling exposed me to cuisines from all around the world, tasting first hand authentic foods from Europe, Asia and South and Central America. While in Australia learning a variety of new fusion cuisines, I met my husband.
Our love story continues today in our picturesque home in Lake Tahoe where I run my personal chef business. I can offer a large assortment of culinary experiences often fusing authenticity with nutrition. Every menu will be specially designed for each clients interests, preferences, and dietary needs.

I create custom menus for large groups in a buffet style spread or a fine dining, multiple course meal, for smaller more intimate gatherings. Whether you are looking to eat clean and healthy or have an indulgent night of delicious delicacies, I can provide you with that.
